A very classy establishment run by above ample employees whom were all upbeat, eager to serve and friendly . As a business owner , they represent the hotel well !!!!❤️❤️❤️"

"First time in Nashville. This hotel was fabulous! From the lobby/checkin to the employees that service and run things. Lots of great perks with breakfast and snack/dinner especially those bake potatoes! We got a chance speak with some of the employees and they truly love their jobs. That’s a rarity these days. Shows that there is good management team! Shout out to Cynthia the creative pancake artist with a fabulous personality. Almost forgot Sara too! Rooms were clean and the roof top pool and hot tub were great! Would definitely go again!"

"This place is great. I only wish the pool was open during my stay. There’s a bus you can take downtown or you can just walk to Broadway which I did a number of times. The pancake machine you can use for the included breakfast is fantastic and the other food items are adequate. The room was quiet and had a nice look to it. The AC worked well and the shower was the best (good pressure and very adjustable). I found the bed to be very comfortable as well. I’d definitely stay here again given the price and walkability. "

"We had handicap room and it was perfect-higher toilet and beautiful walk-in shower. Big room-very clean. I loved the room just a few steps from the elevator. "
