"Best hotel I have ever stayed in! My 8 yr old son is autistic and does a lot of stimming that he cannot control - including lots of loud running/pacing. The person below us apparently continuously complained at 3pm when quiet hours don’t start until 10pm. The hotel staff moved us to an upgraded room on the ground floor with a deck that my son could run on as much as he wanted. The staff & manager were amazing and so kind and apologetic about the grumpy person below us. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We were just there for 1 night but we really enjoyed our stay. Located in the heart of Leavenworth, the hotel is spotless, the staff were very friendly and the brownies were delicious. Comfortable bed and we liked the aesthetics. We didn't mind shating a bathroom for 1 night but might want a private one for a longer stay. Thin walls are noted but earplugs were provided. We didn't need them but it was mid-week, so weekends might be noisier. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Convenient location, and right on the street of the village. Staff is helpful, but for those who can’t take stairs, it’s not recommended as there is no elevator available. The room is beautifully decorated with local elements, especially we had the room facing the street."
