« While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under...

Accueil très bon.
Les petits moins: des équipements de la salle de fitness ne fonctionnaient pas, la température de l’air de la piscine intérieure était trop élevée pour pouvoir en profiter. Parking payant sans places suffisantes. »

« It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. nearby. This is...

8/10 Bien
The service is excellent.
I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days.
Now it's on manager hands after call.
No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that.
Await and See.
