"Price point was excellent! Room was nice. Breakfast was basic but staff was great at keep in supplied with bagels, eggs etc. Sadly, our "neighbors " were noisy and inconsiderate late at night. No answer when I called to complain. "

We killed it and immediately called the front desk. Someone to pick up the tissue with the bug, without saying a word and left. We never received an apology, follow-up or any acknowledgement afterward. At checkout, we mentioned the incident again to a different staff member, and she didn't react or apologize either, which lead us to believe that this was not an isolated incident and that the hotel staff is aware of the issue. For a hotel in this price range, we expect at least a basic acknowledgment of the situation and some reassurance that it would be addressed. This experience really affected our impression of the hotel."
