There was a loud party going on in the loft Nextdoor and the hallway. I called the contact number, there apparently was no one to respond and the noise continued until 5 am

Due to bad weather which resulted in flight delays, I arrived at 5 o’clock in the morning. I asked for a late checkout. The night manager try to be a bit helpful, but was restricted by some rules, which were not clearly defined. In the morning, I went downstairs and saw the desk clerk, who went out of his way to try and accommodate. He was, however, overruled by the Manager. She said you booked through a third-party there’s nothing that we can do. I had to book for another day, even though I only needed to stay to 4 o’clock.
It’s the kind of place where callus rules take precedence over exceptional circumstances. I wouldn’t recommend it for that reason.

To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.
