"The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back...

"Not only was the view of downtown Austin from the roof of the building magnificent, but due to the unit being where it was we also had a great view from our balcony porch area. The lady that checked us in showed us upstairs, went over everything with us and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. "Great spot for a weekend getaway. Could be within walking distance to the bars, but it was too hot to walk. Groceries and food nearby. Neighborhood didn’t seem the safest at night. But overall great property and recommend for a group getaway."

"Nice updated, stylish property with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The house could have been cleaner and had dog hair in the rug, trash under the beds and dust bunnies in the corners. Beyond that, would definitely stay again. Owner is nice, communicative and check in/out was easy. Ping pong in the garage was fun!!"

Nice view out onto Simond Ave. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops, parks, pools, golf in or adjacent to Mueller. Useful home base from which to operate for our 3 months in Austin. Our host was wonderful; very friendly and responsive. Would definitely like to rent this condo again next year during the winter if it is available."

We walked around and ate at a great food truck spot and rode the bicycle taxi around. The room was clean and i loved the fact that there was a concierge there to help when we arrived. "
