No one at the reception even though they say “reception hours: 8am to 8 pm. I arrived around 6:30pm but the reception window already closed. In the morning, I waited until 9, but nobody came. I tried to call them by the phone next to the reception but no one answered. How unhelpful they are. No parking direction at all either. Kitchen was dirty and there are not enough clean tea towels.
