"Yellow Birch Lodge in Eagle River Wi, and Mark and Christine Simonides exceeded all of our expectations! We booked as part of a combined Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend for our daughter and future son-in law, in total we had 22 people there (and 9 or 10 vehicles) and there was more than enough room for all of us! Whether it is for host communication, living, or playing, everything you need is right here!From the very beginning the process with the Simonides’ was a joy and they were even able to accommodate an earlier check in and check out for us. Everything went smoothly from check in to checkout, and any questions we had could be answered via the “survival” packet we received and that was left at the house. This house truly has it all, so defiantly pack light. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go, and if not found in the cabinets it can be found in the pantry. The two refrigerators, phone chargers throughout and laundry are a true asset as well. You will easily be supplied with enough paper products to get you through at least 4 days with 22 people! The furniture is nice and sturdy and plus size/ tall guests can feel comfortable and safe to sit.Never once did anyone fight boredom. The amount of games both inside and out allow for many fun memories to be made! Whether sitting by the fire pit, on a paddle board or the porch fun and relaxation were truly and purely experienced.We hope to be able to book again sometime!"

"This was a great place to stay for our family gathering. Bigger than it looked in the pictures so everyone had room to spread out. The views were amazing! Had a wonderful dock where we sat and enjoyed chatting as well as using our kayaks and tubes. Appreciated the ladder on the dock. The large deck was our favorite hangout to watch sunrise, eat and play games. We got a lot of use out of grill and blackstone! The firepit was so nice in the evening. We were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was! It was also nice that the front of house had a ramp for easy access for our one family member. Communication was excellent. We would definately go back."

"Beautiful home! Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, bathrooms have plenty of towels, washcloths, and hand soap. There isn't shampoo/conditioner or soap in the showers (not a complaint, just a notable fact), lots of swim towels. The layout of the house creates so much room to spread out if needed - great for napping kids! Great place! Highly recommend!"

"Great place to stay on the Eagle River Chain! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The fishing was outstanding, and the dock provided excellent access for launching and keeping our boat.One thing to note: if you’re bringing a boat and need shore power, plan to bring 200–250 feet of extension cords, as the electrical hookup is a good distance from the dock.The property is very clean, family-friendly, and has a nice sandy shoreline that’s great for swimming. We’d definitely stay here again!"
