"There is a lot of good and... not bad, but not so good... with this hotel. When we arrived the cab driver said it was not in the best neighborhood, and it didn't look the best. However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. There is a 24-hour prior check in with the hotel required, and they will text you with the code to get into the hotel and room. "We found the hostel to be clean and comfortable overall. Convenient for getting to the tourist sites. Great value. We had a private room with a queen bed and it was very comfortable although linens were a bit worn. Shared kitchen and bathroom areas were clean. Hot shower was excellent. Bus stop just outside front door. Many shops and restaurants nearby although it's not in the best of neighborhoods. Workmen were there during the day painting walls and working on doorways. They were considerate...

"We were woken from our sleep to move rooms, as we had been put in the wrong room, then to be told we had to move again the following day, we were very amendable and was offered a £50 meal voucher and wine to be then told we owed more money so we returned these. Hotel itself lovely just disappointed that they felt this was ok"

Luckily the nearby Skylon Hotel was available for breakfast from 0700 every day. Cafe 104 didn't open early enough for me. Still, OK for meals later. "Accommodation was lovely and very central, near supermarkets. May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). Only complaint within accommodation is the water pressure in the bathroom. Overall will recommend this accommodation!"
