Châteaux à Douglasville

« Very clean and quiet. »

« Chambre propre, beau secteur »

« Personnel accueillant à l'arrivée. Hôtel mal placé, entre l'autoroute et une route à forte circulation en journée. Climatisation extrêmement bruyante »

« Excellent déjeuner. Chambre non-fumeur qui sentait énormément la cigarette. De plus, l’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre la première nuit. »

« The property is self sufficient. Check was easy. Parking convenient. The property was pretty clean. »

« Pour nous la température était chaude mais la piscine était fermée et en plus avec la toile pour le reste c’était acceptable. Déjeuner ok comme dans l’info de l’hôtel. »

« I would not stay here again. The entrance is through a garage and the code given was incorrect. I tried for 15 minutes upon arrival and it never worked. I called the owners and they opened the garage remotely. Once I was in the garage the batteries in the keypad for the door were dead and could not enter. I called again and they had to send over someone to let me in. It took over an hour in the whole process. Every time I left and came back I had to contact the owner to open the garage remotely....

« We loved the house and had a great stay. The house was very clean minus a single dead cockroach in the bathtub when we arrived. We had minor trouble checking in but the host was very responsive and helpful and even reached back out again later to apologize. A very friendly and communicative host with a beautiful, clean home! It came equipped with everything we needed and was perfect. We shared the house with my family and my sister’s family and it was the perfect space while we were on vacation!...

« Nice place and location. They got our check-in day wrong so we couldn't get in but got it fixed within 5mins or so. It was a little messy. I would give it an overall 4/5 just because of the messes that i had to clean up. »

« We had a clean, comfortable stay in a great location with convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit and beyond. Thanks so much! »

« First I would like to say I wasn’t aware we have people living there and no there wasn’t any problem but we just wasn’t aware of it. Second the place was clean no problem there either and for what we were doing the price was fair. The problem we had was that the house had a real bad odor and we had to deal with it for both days and that wasn’t pleasant to smell at all. If there were a problem with the septic tank that as well should have been disclosed and the last one was the front door not...

« The house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for your family and friends. Will definitely stay here again one day! »

« We were a group of adults and stayed inside the home. The home is very large and perfect for a reunion. The location is close to Douglasville for any shopping needs, yet very private, surrounded by trees and nature. The host did a great job answering any questions I had and providing quick service. »
