I arrived as a stranger but left as though they were my family. The owner, Lise was very friendly and engaged with guests everyday. They also recommended various spots to visit as well payments were very convenient as they arranged tours around the island. I met some wonderful people at the hotel, the best part is the hotel has 7 rooms which means you get personalized attention. Tamara makes the best breakfast and Omar is the best tour guide, I would definitely be back and I give 5/5 stars! Did I mention the view is amazing!" Even the restroom at the reception area was below par for a hotel. To get the rooms, the tiles in the hall are very slippery and sunked in ...be careful when walking down the steps as well. In our room the toilet and the jacuzzi were not working. It was so bad i had to go all the way back to reception to request a room change.The second room smelt really moldy, we tried to air it out but here's where it went wrong. The reception stated that the security guard will bring us a fan to air out the new room, but on whatsapp she stated that i needed to come and collect ....its a good distance from the room. i was turned off by the atmosphere and lack of concern by the staff. I went to check out the same day (this was less than an hour after checking in) and the reception did not even have the courtesy to check me out and said that i should leave to the key with the grounds man. As we were loading the car i could hear the staff mockingly shouting "BYE!" i was really hurt. The pool was so dirty and unkept. I have reached out to Expedia for a refund and i am still unable to get any satisfaction from this ordeal.
