The room was ok, but the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet & just had a top sheet thrown on. The bedspread was cheap. Breakfast was pretty good.

The stay was not good. I arrived in a room that was barely cleaned:floor was sticking and no bathroom tissue. There were no bags for the puppy poop, had to bring my own. I started out with two days but decided to stay another day. Brought my card to the desk and all set, except they stated I need to leave. Why? They had my card and license. The male receptionist showed no reservation and said that I needed to speak with the lady that checked me-she was not there that day. Go figure!
I went to the desk to explain and he said there was no record. So why would I have two sets of keys. Then a person asked me to check out, but I stated that I added another day. Who is responsible for the day to day operations?
I checked out after my 3 days and reminding myself not to Ever stay at another Baymount.

"Excellent hotel. Will definitely book this location anytime I’m back at Rockingham Dragway. The pool was very clean, enjoyed the bar as well as the restaurant. I only wish breakfast would be available until 10 on weekends..but I’d even settle for 9:30"
