« incroyablement sales, limite insalubre, le plafond tombe en miette, la moisissures est presente sur les prise, les portes... le fond de la baignoire est sale de tache mareon, et le pire... à notre arrivée les toilettes étaient Bouchés, des excréments frottés. la solution apportées par l hotesse d accueil: " annuler ma réservation et me rembourser". mais bon a 21h30 apres 5h de routes ... j ai donc du deboucher le toilettes moi même a fuirrrrr »

« Pas une très bonne expérience sauf pour le stationnement gratuit pour la durée de la croisière (on peut se rendre au port en taxi et économiser des frais de stationnement). La chambre était très sale (drap, évier, douche, etc.), de la poussière +++, très vieille et le mobilier était brisé (chaise avec un barreau de casser). Internet très très très lent et difficile... Un train qui passe à une dizaine de mètres de la chambre à 1h00 AM (et qui siffle)... »

« Hôtel impeccable et calme : très propre et très bien tenu. Petit déjeuner américain extra et très complet. Le réceptionniste est hyper sympa et très serviable : il m'a aidé en me prêtant des outils (tournevis) pour dévisser mon PC portable qui était tombé à l'eau et dont je voulais faire sécher les composants avec le sèche-cheveux (prêté aussi, il y en a aussi un autre dans la SdB). L'hôtel est à proximité du Space Center de Houston, à quelques minutes en voiture. Il y a des restaurant à...

"Bons déjeuners offerts gratuitement, les employés sont au petit soin pour la clientèle, eau, café offert 24/24\. Suite propre, tout à la portée de la main dans les suites (frigo, micro-onde, cafetière, ustensiles, vaisselle, etc.) Piscine bien entretenu, ordi accessible aux clients. Un présentoir de croustilles et autres ^roduits offerts à prix raisonnables La réception vous accueille toujours avec un beau sourire et sont prèt à vous aider pour faciliter votre séjour. Je recommande. Les 2 choses plus critiques pour moi sont le fait qu'on accueille les petits animaux et je suis allergique. Les suites ont un plancher de tapis qui n'aident pas pour les allergies et les produits nettoyants sont forts pour les voies nasales et la gorge."
