"This is the first time staying since the renovations and what a change! Very stylish public spaces and a modern update of the rooms, making them feel more spacious than the original design might otherwise provide. Great view of the beach and the location allows for a short and scenic trip to the main drag in Rehoboth Beach. One very small criticism that, honestly, seems to be consistent among today’s hotels - tiny trash cans. Staying only two nights, we did not have a housekeeping visit which is perfectly fine. However, the tiny cans fill up quickly and begin to spill over. As I said, a very minor criticism of a really lovely beachfront hotel away from the crowded beaches and traffic of Ocean City. I’m sure we will visit again for another enjoyable stay."

"This rental is outstanding. It's clean, welcoming, comfortable and in a very convenient location. I have stayed in a few different places in Dewey Beach - this is my favorite! I am already looking forward to my next visit. The only negative is that I can't live there."

"Gary and Debbie were fantastic hosts! Unfortunately the noreaster forced us to accommodate our wedding guests entirely indoors but thankfully the property was clean, beautifully maintained, and large enough for everyone. We would absolutely stay again!"
