"This is our second stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful, they helped us arrange a taxi for a morning flight. The location of the hotel is perfect and you can eat or shop till late in the area. We felt very at home in this lovely hotel."

"The location of the hotel is convenient, near to 3 MRT stations and in a safe area. Not so crowded, too. The room we were given is big, clean, and very cozy. Though the bathroom’s a bit small, it’s clean and stocked with bath essentials and toiletries. But what really made us enjoy the hotel are staff — they were really great and helpful, specially Rene the receptionist and the room attendant! They even offered us to check-in early since the room is already vacant. It is very much appreciated, Ms. Rene! "

"Easy to move around as it is very near to MRT Taipei Main Station. There is an underground passage that could be used in case it is raining. I booked a family room for 4. Requested for additional 4 pillows but was only granted 2 complimentary. Wish they could provide all 4. Thank you. "

"The hotel was excellent in every way. I just want to point out one experience unordinary. We stayed at Ritz Carlton for 5 days as a family. On the 2nd day, I fell ill and was admitted to a hospital in Shanghai. Fortunately, Ritz Carlton was gracious enough to dispatch an ambulance vehicle to take me to the hospital. Also, assigned an individual to accompany us to the hospital and took care of everything - register, wait in the line, getting the medicines, etc. Super attentive! "
