"Nice resort to relax"

"This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

"J'avais une réservation du 2 au 4 octobre 2019 par Hotels.com. A l'arrivée, les deux réceptionnistes m'ont annoncé qu'elles n'avaient pas de réservation à mon nom, et qu'en plus l'hôtel était complet ! La raison ? Nous ne travaillons plus avec Hôtels.com, car nous n'arrivons pas à nous faire payer...et nous ne pouvons pas les appeler non plus. Bien sûr, le responsable n'était pas visible.
