"This hotel is disgusting. The comforter on the bed had burn holes from people smoking. The white bed sheets were yellowed as well as the pillow cases. Not to mention the sheets full of hair i assume from the last people who stayed. There is something unidentifiable smeared on the wall behind the toilet in room 220. THE COZY COTTAGE, A Great place to hang your hat.

"We enjoyed our stay at Theresa's Cozy Cottage. It was perfect for my wife and I as we were passing through for the night. It was very clean and we were very comfortable. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. Would stay here again when we're back in the area. "

"Over all stay was great we love staying here it’s always been great. We stayed checking in on July 6th whoever stayed prior for the 4th of July weekend left the propane tank and it was completely empty the check in was delayed the passcode was not the last 4 digits of my phone number so we were sitting outside of the house for about 45 mins with all of the food items until we got sent a correct code. The cleanliness of the house was rushed and some of the beds had no sheets . Nothing major over alll it was a great stay we love the location of the lake house and the view is amazing the family had a great time . We gave the house a pretty good cleaning before leaving and we look forward to staying again . "
