The Carriage House is located in one of Denver's most charming neighborhoods, just a few moments walk from the Governor's mansion, Governor's Park and some of Denver's most popular restaurants. The guesthouse is on the second floor of my carriage house and has a private entrance. The guesthouse is full of charm, and resides within Capital Hill's beautiful historic Governor's Park, 7th Street neighborhood. Have a hotel experience, while feeling like a Denver native. The fully stocked kitchen has its own dishwasher and the HDTV has full cable, including HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Although I do not allow smoking indoors, you may do so on the porch. Carriage House was super comfortable and well equipped and offered privacy from the main house. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around in and I felt very safe walking back after dark.
