Pet Policy: DOGS only permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 1 dog allowed maximum @ $35/per pet per night We love pets and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home. 1\. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in. 2\. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats) 3\. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions) 4\. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old. 5\. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area. 7\. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately. 8\. NOTE: The home has DSL internet with WIFI speeds for basic internet work and streaming movies. With multiple people online, the speeds slow down movies may be interrupted. All the common buildings have Wi-Fi, no password needed. \*There is very limited cellular service if any, in Glacier WA. We are pleased to offer free of charge guest WIFI at our properties. Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Thanks to the owner for listing it! Cozy escape for two, four if you are social people. Unit was clean, and well stocked with nearly anything a guest might need, including kitchen wares, pool towels, shampoo/soap, games, books, movies, laundry, private internet, tv, etc. The view out the large forest-side window was so beautiful, especially with a sweet afternoon shower. Was very easy to settle in and enjoy. Has two roomy bedrooms, one on the main floor, and one upstairs (comfortable bed and pillows). There’s a half-bath on first floor with large sink countertop, upstairs bath has a shower and fairly small-area sink. Unit is located within a nice complex just before the Mt Baker park land begins, beautifully set into a rainforest, with security gate, playground, two recreation/pool complexes, and a walking path along the stream. Note that stairs are involved, both up into the unit, and then narrow ones to the upper floor. Check-in to the unit was easy, quick stop by the office and chat with the pleasant gentleman within. Check-out instructions are reasonable, and texts are promptly answered, too. In town, highly suggest the ‘Wake and Bakery’ shop for coffee and breakfast, and ‘Gunners BBQ’ for dinner! Little grocery store in town has misc supplies and beverages. Mt Baker park is just up the road, go explore, not to be missed! ##### Britt & Jayne B. From booking to check out, it was an enjoyable experience. My friend and I both decided we should come back again. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean. The deck is small but there were only two of us so we enjoyed eating a dinner on it and hearing the sound of the river. We BBQ’d another night at the nice covered shelter overlooking the river. We only stayed two nights and were able to enjoy so much. We played tennis and pickle ball (rackets and balls were provided in court side bins). We rented a paddle boat on Silver Lake which is about a 20 minute drive. We enjoyed the hot tub, and did the Horseshoe Bend trail along the Nooksack river. I’m looking forward to exploring more of that beautiful area next time! ##### Julie Sue H. To use the dining room table we had to move the couch and to use the TV, we moved the couch back into the dining room table. Only a single person could be in the kitchen at a time and a majority of the pots and pans were outside the kitchen around the corner. The bedrooms had good separation, the beds were comfy but I would bring my own pillow next time, the pillows left something to desire. Overall the condo worked great for us as long as you know going in it is not super spacious. ##### Greg B. Very nice condo complex, we really enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and playgrounds - I wish we had brought our pickleball equipment. The kitchen is very well stocked, which is helpful since the restaurant scene is a bit scarce. We will definitely be back! ##### Kate B. Snowed all day . Very little snow removal. Overnight Christmas night the Power went out and stayed out for about 30 hours. All the 26th and most of the 27th. No backup generator or heat or instruction on what to do. After the power came back on , most of the otheer facilities were unusable. No Hot water in the Hot tub, unable to access the other lodge. VERY Disappointing stay. And no compensation for any of these aggravations ##### Carol E.
