« Location, location, location!!! Not only 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Ruby falls, rock city), incline railroad just down the street, but also a great neighborhood. Clean, quiet, safe. We took walks (don’t miss the great outfitter store down the block in beautiful historic building), and my 14 yo son was safe to roam. Easy parking. The condo itself is comfy & roomy. Loved the Murphy bed, still plenty of room to move around. Publix is down the street along with local restaurants. ...

« We loved the house, very spacious, very clean, pet friendly, it was great having an extra half bath, and the hostess was quick to respond. We loved the booklet of information and it was located close to everything! It was perfect for us. We would highly recommend staying here. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and as described, I only have a few things that could’ve made it better. Locking and unlocking the door was a bit confusing. Better explanation about how to operate. The lock would’ve been helpful. Also would’ve been helpful to include instructions about locating the dumpster. My only other suggestion would be a later checkout time 10:00 am seems very early when you have to clean the kitchen, strip the beds and take out the trash. »
