A Beach house meant for a King!

***30 Day Rental***
This modern, pet friendly beach home is ideal for a small family that wants a large space to spread out in. There is ample room in the Den, Florida Room or the living room to seek separate spaces. There are multiple spots under the screened-in pool area to find solitude.

***Please note that pool heating is an optional charge. We have an electric water heater designed to heat the pool. Write if interested in heating the pool is of interest to you during your stay. This means that during the Winter months with low temps and limited daylight, the water temp will remain cold.***

The large back yard is roomy enough for play or to have your dog take a break. (Please pick up after your pets) All of this with just a quick 250 step walk to the beach. Children welcome.

Outdoor noise curfew is 9PM.
No large parties. No parking on the grass. Trailer parking maybe available for an extra fee.

Simply…Perfect!
When I reserved this property for a 2 month stay, I had NO IDEA just how wonderful this place would be! 2 BR/2BA and SO much more space with a sunroom and game room as well as the pool and enclosure! Paid the extra fee to heat the pool.. fantastic! Used it every day! Just a few hundred feet to the beach for sunning, fishing, rocket launches, etc. Would return tomorrow! Thank you Bill for being a great host.

We love staying at this property! Perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Fur babies love the large fenced in yard. House is very clean and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bill is the best host. He always makes you feel welcome. He is just a phone call / text away and always quick to respond. We are already planning our next stay.

Feels like home at the beach
Great cozy home with an amazing pool area just steps away from the beach. House has all the items you could need they even had beach chairs ave an umbrella which was much appreciated as we had flown in. Pool is by far the best house pool I have seen. Highly recommend this place.

Great house, quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Ormond Beach. The pool was nice, the yard was spacious (perfect for our dogs), and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved being in a place where it was just a short walk to the beach, too! If you are looking for a busier area with more to do for kids, you may want to look at places closer to Daytona, but if you’re looking for a great quiet place to get some much-needed relaxation, this house is perfect! Bill was easy to communicate with, always responding quickly if we texted him with any questions, and the house, yard and pool are all well-maintained. Thanks for letting us enjoy the house and we look forward to visiting again!

Beach house exceeded expectations!
We have rented houses in or around Ormond Beach several times a year for many years and this house exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean inside and out! The house feels much bigger than a 2 bedroom home! There is space to be together or to find alone time. The pool and the backyard were quite surprisingly warm, welcoming and large. It was great being able to bring our dog. She loved the fenced in back yard! The house was well equipped for all of our needs! Thanks for allowing us to share a wonderful beach home so close to the beach. We are looking forward to returning next year!

We Had A wonderful It Rained Most The Time We Was There But The House Kept Us All Entertained They Have Everything U Need And The Beach Is Actually Closer Then The Pictures Show We Had A Wonderful experience Plan On Booking Again b4 the years Up The Owner Bill Amazing Guy Great At Communicating With U Answered All Our Questions When and if we had any and it’ Not far From Anything 30’min drive to the bored walk plenty of restaurants and bars 10-15 Min from the house it was great even with all the rain

Wonderful Stay!
The location was absolutely amazing, only a 2 min walk to the beach. The fenced in back yard was an absolute hit with my furbabies! The screened in pool was something the kids loved! The house was perfect! It was so hard to leave this place. You have everything you need in the area! Dollar General and Publix was a short 10 min drive. Daytona is also a 15 min drive! Just right down the strip! St.Augustine was only a 45 min drive! We will definitely be back soon! Great Stay! Oh yeah, the beach is not crowded at all! You will love this place and it’s location!

Awesome Place
Nice clean house, located perfectly to relax unbothered on the beach but convenient to businesses and attractions. Check in and out couldn't be simpler. Pool was great. Lots of nice little touches that really made things nicer. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Perfect for small family vacation.

A Little Gem
This was our second stay here. The house has everything you need and a few steps from the beach. When you are not at the beach, you can just listen to the ocean roaring while relaxing by the pool or the fire pit. We love staying here!

Perfect vacation!
We have rented several vacation homes, that include everything from a country cabin getaway to beach house family vacations. This is by far our best vacation yet! This house was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly want. We spent our mornings at the beach and afternoons by the pool. The beach was just a short walk away and you could literally hear the ocean waves while relaxing in the pool. Our dogs enjoyed playing in the large fenced in yard. Finding a beach home with a pool and large fenced in yard that is pet friendly is truly a rare find. This neighborhood was so quiet & peaceful, as was the beach. No crowds or high volumes of traffic, like most beach vacations. Lagerheads Bar & Grill was a nice place to go in the evening to listen to live music. Hulls Seafood was our favorite place to eat. The lobster roll is a must try! Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach and Flagler Beach were all close, so we did a little site seeing there as well. We enjoyed the River Deck Tiki Bar & Restaurant in New Smyrna. The beautiful view allowed you to watch the boats and dolphins while you have lunch on the deck. We are already planning our return trip!!! This is definitely a 5 star stay!

5 star all the way!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Communication with the owner was immediate and couldn't have been easier. We were traveling with 2 doodles and I was overjoyed at how pet friendly the yard was. I spent every morning by the pool with coffee waiting for the sun to rise. The beach is just steps away and was amazing. We absolutely would book again. Thank you for having us!

Love this house!
Third year in a row we have stayed here. Perfect place to either relax by the pool or take a short walk and be on a quiet beach. With Ormond being a mostly residential area, vs Daytona being a touristy area, the beach is always a peaceful place to relax.

The house was perfect for us. Very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic. 2 minute walk to the beach and the entrance was at the end of the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great pool house very near beach
We really enjoyed this pool house within a two minute walk from the beach. It’s in a great location in a very quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The home is roomy and has everything you need for a fun vacation. Having a pool is a nice option after being at the beach. The large fenced backyard is great for dogs.

Great week away
We had a great stay at this property. Check-in and check-out was simple. The private fenced in yard, pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware for making our meals. My only suggestion to the owner would be to consider updating the mattresses—they were not very comfortable. Overall, loved the property and location.
