"What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. Annnd affordable! 1 minute to hop on the freeway and close to other conveniences. Marian was terrific to work with. While it did not bother us, this home is on a main road, not a neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the driveway and to turn around. This is a fantastic short term rental and we would definitely rent again from Marian and this home. "

"The hosts were very welcoming and were readily available if we had needed. House was in good shape physically. Only gripe is you can tell the house has been smoked in pretty heavily in the past. While it was cleaned off the walls pretty well, you can definitely see staining in the carpets and can smell it throughout the house."

"It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is important to mention is that there are several steep stairs you must go up to enter; it was a little challenging, but we managed. "
