Appartements à Station de métro Dawn

« Peaceful neighborhood surrounded by good people with a lovely interior especially the bedrooms. »

« The location was amazing and the views spectacular. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It does not have an elevator in the building and is the penthouse, so the renter must be able to climb carpeted stairs up to the 3rd level to reach the apartment. If climbing stairs is an issue, this apartment is not for you. However, the views make it all worth while. »

« This place is gorgeous! I stayed the night here with my adult daughter and we loved it! From the easy communication with the owner, to the beautifully done design and decor, the most comfortable mattress and amazing views of our home city, this place is truly a chefs kiss. I will most definitely be booking this place when we come home to visit our family in the future. Thank you Chad for an amazing experience! »

« Had a wonderful view. Great walking to a lot of local restaurants and shops. Comfortable layout and easy parking. »

« Very much needs repairs/paint and updating in some areas. It has a good amount of space. Clean bedding which was nice but wash cloth had holes in it, carpet was worn and dirty and there were dirty walls/spider web buildup in windows. It was very hot in the property when I arrived as the upstairs ac units were off. The host was quick to respond which was nice, and it does have street parking out front but the front of the property is a mess. »

« Property was clean »

« Was there for a short weekend. Place was much nicer on the inside than the outside. The bathroom was a little weird but Im just splitting hairs. It was just fine for my needs. »

« Really great location; all the views are within 15 minutes walking. Host was very communicative, house was clean and in good repair. »

« Clean and nice »

« Cool place, awesome view »

« A nice trip ruined , unresponsive owner plays God with the thermostat, plan on sweating in this rental , no A/C … just hot recycled air. The Nest t-stat is locked and can only be controlled by owner. It was 79 degrees when we arrived and 79 when we left. He was completely unresponsive to our requests for cooler air. The windows don’t open. Could not sleep at all. It was stifling. I know people can be a little unreasonable with A/C, wanting it freezing, but the listing says there is A/C and 79...

« We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, clean and welcoming. Lots of room for four adults. Short drive into the downtown area. »

« Street parking differcult. »

« The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

« Crumbs in the bed very dirty. »
