"Spacious, clean room with an excellent lake view. The property is somewhat old, but there was no odor at all. The only drawback was that the toilet tank did not seem to be properly sealed."

"Great stay at L7 Chicago by LOTTE! The location is excellent—super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only downside was that one of the elevators wasn’t working, so wait times could be quite long at times. Aside from that, everything else was great and I’d definitely consider staying here again."
