« I picked this hotel because I’m working out of town and it’s hot and I thought I would enjoy a swim after work After booking and paying for the room on Expedia, I get to the hotel to find out the pool is out of commission The hotel is being renovated In about 50 people in red shirts came to hang out for some party associated with the person working in the front desk, which lasted until midnight The room was clean and in good shape, but that’s about it »

« Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). »

« Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed...

« The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk! »
