« Great location lots of options for restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. Quiet building and neighborhood. Only issues I would note there is a lot of old water damage in the unit. We stayed for about a month and it snowed for a few days. We had to purchase a space heater to keep the downstairs a comfortable temperature due to lack of windows and doors being sealed properly. That being said this type of weather is not typical for the area. »

« This space is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Close to the Botanical Gardens and the White Rock Lake eagles, restaurants and grocery stores, shops and trails. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring East Dallas. A very large room on the 2nd floor, it made me feel like I was in an elegant tree house. »

« The property is part of a wider complex that had recently experienced a significant fire with a number of the other units in the complex completely gutted and being rebuilt. The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior. When inside the property it was extremely dirty and unclean with significant layers of dust, bugs and grime on many surfaces. There was also an abundance of cobwebs, almost as if the place had...

« Clean, accurate pictures, host was easy to chat with quick responses »

« Couldn't check in batteries in door were dead. No heat, they switched to chiller, ask for space heaters never got them. Sink would fill with water very slow drain. We had a roach problem. We saw three (3) I'm sure more. On the curtains, walking across countertop on our food packaging, and one on the trash can. mentioned to owner, manager all they said were sorry. Not willing to give concession. Wanted to give a future concession. Had to check bed every night and had to check clothes while...

« Thin walls, neighbors complain about very normal volume »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas! »

« A little far out from Dallas but on the lake! »

« The inside was very clean and very nicely decorated- very homey and comfortable! I appreciated the array of dishes and cookware available as we mostly made meals at the condo. Only thing missing is there is not a full set of measuring spoons, but we were able to make due with the 2-3 that were there. The couch setup in the living room was much enjoyed, as well as good hot water for multiple showers and the handheld sprayer was appreciated. As we were packing up to leave, it was raining very...

« This property is located on a quiet street, centrally located to many attractions in Dallas. Grocery, restaurants and entertainment are located quite close. The host is responsive to messages. We had some issues when we first arrived and contacted the host letting them know. The apartment was dirty, lots of dust, sticky floors and smelly rooms. At first they responded saying that the sticky floors were due to the cleaning solution used, but when we sent pictures they sent someone to clean the...
