The courtyard was a tropical Oasis. I would recommend this property. If I'm ever back in Dallas I will be staying here. The location was great and the neighborhood was save and clean. We were walking distance to the whole Foods and coffee shop. There is a extremely cool old movie theater that was turned into a bowling alley just down the road as well. Top golf is a 8 minute drive and the conversation center is 4.7 miles away. The on site property manager was absolutely the best. Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation.
