"Convenient to shopping and some restaurants in Custer, BUT it was inconvenient to get our belongings upstairs without an elevator. The room was tight, and I felt the springs in the mattress. The check in woman was non-welcoming… she gave info only when asked, nothing was volunteered except that “the ONLY way to get inside the building was the front door.” The luggage cart had 2 flat tires, so it was difficult to maneuver, and we could only take our things to the stairs on the cart, then lug...
