« From checki in to check out and in between was wonderful. The lovely woman at check in upgraded us to a larger room. (Silly Americans with large luggage) staff even helped tote our luggage’up and down the three flights of stairs. Hot delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. Ashley and all of the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, heater worked well. Room cleaning offered each day. Dinner was lovely and the Guiness and our first baby Guiness memorable....

« Bonjour, Tout était parfait! Nous avons eu un beau séjour dans cet endroit. La chambre, la salle de bain, la literie et les serviettes étaient hyper propres. Les chambres semblaient avoir été rénovées récemment et le personnel était très accueillant et accommodant. Le fait de pouvoir utiliser la salle à manger et le salon à notre guise est un avantage qui permet de socialiser, si bon vous semble! »

"Je dois dire que je ne comprends pas très bien comment cet établissement a eu d'aussi bonnes notes. J'imagine que j'ai été "upgradé", puisque je n'ai pas eu la chambre simple confort que j'avais réservée,qui avait l'air cozy, mais une plus grande... triste et avec vue sur le parking du supermarché voisin. Plus généralement, une ambiance d'hôtel d'Europe de l'Est dans les années 1990, des conseils erronés sur les restaurants ouverts, on ne m'a même pas dit bonjour au petit-déjeuner. Triste, vraiment. Et j'ai eu la désagréable impression de déranger. Je ne recommande pas !"
