"The location was a little hard to find but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room could have used a little better cleaning. Looked like there were coffee stains on the floor of the kitchen, and there were food/drink items left in the refrigerator. The upper lock was cracked on the door, so not sure how well it would have held up if someone tried to break into our room, but unfortunately we did not notice until very late in the evening with an already sleeping child. "

"Pros: very comfortable mattress, bed was clean with no bugs, staff was nice, plenty of free parking. Microwave and fridge in the room. Cons: room cleanliness and broken amenities - there were boot prints on the ceiling, mystery hairs in the sink, the iron had a weird sticky substance on the bottom and the ironing board was coated in dust. Like it had been renovated but never cleaned. Pillows were in name only, they were inch-thick mush. Phone didn’t work in the room at all. It was cheap and it served a purpose for a place to sleep, but I don’t expect this place to last too much longer, it was pretty empty and I understand why. You get what you pay for."

"I travel A LOT and stay at many hotels, motels and airbnb's. Usually, I go for the more affordable stays and when the places have problems, I don't complain because you get what you pay for. Red Roof is the exception!!!! Benefits I appreciated: - No pet fee for my parrot - Had fridge and microwave (many hotels charge extra for a microwave) - Elevator (I didn't have to drag all my stuff up stairs) - Easy to access wifi (it ACTUALLY worked without me going on a treasure hunt for the password) - key card worked ALL THE TIME! (I didn't have to go back to the front desk to have them 'rekey' my card!) - It actually was CLEAN! - VERY roomy and the bed was comfortable - A trash can in the bathroom AND the main room - the work desk in the room was LARGE - FREE coffee in the morning - Staff was friendly and helpful I can't recommend this Red Roof enough!!! (Too bad they're not everywhere I travel!)"
