Find a Bed and Breakfast in Crete from CA $100

"Took a pass on breakfast. It wasn't good. The elevator is loud. I'm sure it's safe, but I've never heard an elevator sound like that before. Hotel is dated, but overall seemed clean. The room was fine. The main light was out in the bathroom. I let the front desk know in the morning, and she said they would send a maintenance guy up. I let her know that we were were getting ready for an event and would be leaving in about 1/2 an hour if he could wait. She told me that wasn't a problem. 5-10 minutes later he shows up. I apologized and told him we would need another 15 minutes as my daughter was literally using the bathroom and getting ready. He visibly rolled his eyes, muttered "yeah okay" and off he went. Thankfully, when we returned to the room, the light was fixed. When booking the hotel, I wasn't sure what our schedule was for my daughter's tournament. I needed 3 nights but I needed a night earlier than what I originally booked and would be leaving a day earlier. I asked if they would make the change and they refused. Hotels.com tried for me with no luck. So I had to pay for 4 nights even though I only needed 3. I have worked at a hotel -- it shouldn't have been a big deal for them to work with me but they refused. Just basic customer service. I definitely won't be staying when we go back next year."

"Stayed on the 9th floor. Had an odor of bad food or urine by the elevators. The night we chucked in and the next day. Over night a foul odor was emitting into the room At one time, the hotel was premier but that seems to of been a long time ago."

"I thought the poor reviews were exaggerating so I gave it a try... shower was unclean with hair everywhere upon my arrival. Cleaning staff knocking on your door at the crack of dawn, to NOT thoroughly clean is hilarious, but unfortunately reality. The pillows were also laughably uncomfortable."

"The hotel looks so dilapidated. There was only one damaged car in the parking lot at around 6 pm. I was so scared to walk in and we had to leave to find another place...... I don't understand how this hotel was still listed at Expidia?"

"I didnt stay because the room was dirty upon arrival. They put me in another, same issue. They offered to clean the room so I'll stay but at that point i had to leave. It was too filthy. Hairs in bedding and tub, trash not removed, coffee area not cleaned, no cups, flat pillows, stained bedding, broken chair and ironing board, bathroom lighting was too dim to see anything. "
