Step inside this fantastic family home with incredible views and luxury finishes. Located on Mt Crested Butte and only a short drive or walk to the slopes this home is sure to be your group's next adventure base. The open living concept is sure to please the whole family with vaulted ceilings and wraparound windows to take in the incredible views. Soak in the sunshine whether on the large outdoor deck or in the landscaped yard. Both take in the great views back to Snodgrass and give you a snapshot of the incredible wilderness just steps out your door. Step inside the spacious mudroom and take in the warm furnishings and finishes that make Mountain Majesty such a great property. Upstairs you will find the open concept great room with comfy furnishings to watch a movie, sit by the fire, or just take in the views. At the back of the home is the gourmet kitchen with custom butcher block countertops and commercial range, along with dual sinks and dual dishwashers for the chefs in the family. The dining area has an oversized farm table for those epic meals at the end of the day and there is a patio set on the sun drenched deck for dining al fresco. The master bedroom is on this level with a comfy queen bed and en-suite bath with steam shower. Take the stairs up to the open loft area and find a quiet desk space to get some work done or just sit and look at the wonderful views of the Maroon Bells. There is a great reading area on this level with two leather chairs and 2 twin beds for the kids. Just off the living is a great powder bath as well. On the lower level of the home you will find 3 bedrooms that all have queen beds and en-suite baths. There is also a secondary living space with a large sectional and TV for the kids to get away from those pesky parents. Down the hall you will find an additional full bath because having 5 full bathrooms makes getting ready for the daily adventures more convenient. Outside you will find a 2 car garage for your vehicles or your toys and gear along with a landscaped yard for the kids to play in and two decks, 1 covered and 1 sun drenched to relax with a good book. In the winter the slopes are a short walk away to the Homeowner's trail and the Goldlink Lift. With all of these ammenities, don't delay and book Mountain Majesty for your next CB adventure! Very close to the wedding venue, our reason for the trip. Note that the entry level is the “lower level” of the house with 3 BRs. Loved the fact the wood burning fireplace was stocked with plenty of wood and ready to go. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything you need. The only negative was that you could not adjust the thermostats in the bedrooms. We like to sleep at a cool temp … but couldn’t adjust it below 70\. The home has lovely views of Snodgrass Mountain and the valley, and is beautifully decorated. It is extremely well maintained and clean. We had plenty of room to spread out in the three bedrooms downstairs, main floor bedroom, and upstairs in the loft. The loft is perfect for children, although our 17 year old son enjoyed his little roost in the rafters very much! Abundant bedding, towels, and other practical and fun items (puzzles and games!) were much appreciated. We loved cooking in the spacious kitchen with Le Creuset and Apilco, spices, towels and nice utensils. The two sinks and two dishwashers were convenient, and would be perfect for two families sharing the house. First Tracks shuttle service is a great addition to CB, and we used it daily. It's a short walk down the hill to the rec path on Gothic Road, which they keep clear of snow and ice - my favorite outing each day! Management was responsive and kind when we had questions about things. We are so grateful for our time in this truly lovely home. ##### Kate F. Wished they would have shoveled or plowed the driveway for us, like they did the back deck on the days it snowed. We had issues getting out when it snowed, even with 4x4 and good tires as the house driveway is lower than the road and if they shoveled around the cars for us it would have helped us get out. Otherwise, that is my only negative of this property. I would not recommend staying here in winter if you have 2WD. ##### Logan L.
