"The staff at this hotel are inexperienced. When we arrived the person checked us in, passed over the keys and then took them back stating the room may still need cleaning. Food available was more like a fast food chain. Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich although the place was not overly busy. Several drink requests were made being advised that they were out of stock of items. Would not recommend staying here. The most disappointing aspect is that they are part of the Marriott chan. In comparison to the night before when we stayed at the Marriott Inverness which was excellent."

"Its a conveniently located gotel across from Haymarket station. The stff were kind and helpful. Th rooms are small butvery clean and the beds are comfortable. I rhink it wad a bit overpriced but ot wad Easter weekend and near o city cemter so it's to be somwhat expected. My wife and I would stay here again."

"The gym manager sorted us out when the reception failed to respond to request for tea and milk. Printed our boarding passes for us, which was helpful. Good location for airport as multiple buses and also the tram run to airport and also to central Edinburgh and the zoo - bus stop just outside, tram and train within easy walking distance. Good selection of items for breakfast."

"Excellent hotel, in a very good location, close to everything. The maintenance of one of the just two elevators was a real pain. Everything else, was very good."

"Returned from a full-day Highlands tour around 7:30 PM to find the hotel parking completely full, and only managed to get a spot in a far back corner. We had to drag all our luggage across the property to reception. The room itself was fine, but the dryer stopped working after 30 seconds. The next morning at 8:14 AM, I took my son for a swim but was told some areas of pool will closed for classes, which really disappointed him. The way it was communicated sounded like you have very little time and need to finish early. On the way back, the lift wasn’t working. I also saw several guests struggling with luggage because of the outage. The hotel is huge, maze-like, and if you’re placed in a corner room like mine (118), it’s easy to get lost. Overall, the experience wasn’t great."

"Bed and pillows was very comfortable. The quality if the bed covers made it super wasy to fall alseep ans its only 15min drove from the airport. Quality of the room was great however the menu in the restaurant was lack luster for the price."
