« Staff at check in was great - friendly and thorough. The room was clean, beds comfortable, instructions for remote were adequate. The air freshener that seemed to get stronger every time the HVAC kicked on was not good for my allergies to fragrances. Why was that necessary? Then we used the toilet and there was enough TP for ONE use. No extra roll anywhere. No one was in the office so we used the paper towels. (NO we did not flush them. They were put in the trash can.) »
