Community Pool! The 13th Wave GSC13 is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, coastal home that is the perfect beach getaway. Beautifully decorated in island décor. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach! This townhome offers 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bunk room with 6 twin beds. There is also 1 twin over full futon and 1 sleeper sofa. This unit is just a few doors down from the swimming pool. You can sit and enjoy the ocean breezes on your private deck after a fun day at the beach. This home has too many amenities to mention. If you are interested in playing a round of golf, this is the place for 1 block away from Palmilla Beach Golf Club. The Gulfside Beach Condos will surely be one of your favorites. Located just as you come into Port Aransas on Access Rd 1-A, which is the main hub to the beach. Getting to the beach could never be easier on the street sidewalks. Parking is limited to 3 cars only. Permit required. No garage access. House was very clean, with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Note: the 3 full baths are all "community" - I had expected at least one "master" bedroom with two common bathrooms - but having 3 full baths accessible to everyone turned out to work well. Location for SandFest was perfect - a short walk down the road takes you right to the South Entrance. If just playing on the beach, showers are right there so you can get clean before returning the home. Upstairs balcony and downstairs picnic tables were great. The kids loved the bunk room♥️ I was worried about parking but it wasn’t a problem thanks the the dead end street beside the property. People had reviewed there were no plugs in the kitchen there are plenty they are on the bottom of the overhead cabinets. Not uncommon at all. It was clean and roomy and great for us, we had a group of 10\. Would definitely return! ##### Beth P.
