« The hotel was pretty clean. It was very expensive for one night, I paid $420. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. I really wish this would’ve been disclosed to me prior to me paying this much for an overnight stay. I would’ve chosen a different /less expensive hotel. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said that they ran out, then they said “never mind, you got lucky...

« Very disappointed in this stay. The staff was friendly. The bathroom is a fall hazard. The tub was not slip resistant, the bar was slick which would be of no help if you slip. The room next door had a barking dog that also was scratching the wall. Two phone calls to the front desk about the issue were ignored. Finally went and knocked on the door and no one answered the door so the dog kept barking. The breakfast served fried eggs. No place should ever serve mass fried eggs!!!!!!! Not...

« I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...
