"We had a lovely stay! Very clean, spacious basement apartment. The host was attentive and available if anything was needed. "

"Meticulously clean and bright. We appreciated the extra host details such as fresh towels on our beds, feminine pads, q-tips & floss sticks in the bathroom, salt, pepper & cooking oil in the pantry. Perfect for our family of 4 to stay overnight & enjoy home cooked meals together (avoid the expense of 2 hotel rooms). We would definitely recommend & stay again!"

"This space is absolutely beautiful. An almost perfect luxury experience. It's only set back is location but it is central by car to all that PEC can offer. The hosts are first class."

"My friends and I stayed at this property on the past weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the uncleanliness of the space was alarming. We discovered cockroaches not only in the fridge and on the shelves but also around the basement area. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about our health throughout our stay. "Great location, beautifully appointed suite. Will be going back!"

"Kim and Zubin were wonderful hosts. Always very responsive, flexible, and informative. The apartment was beautiful. We could tell they put a lot of thought, care and expertise into the design. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. "

"We had an excellent stay with our daughter. We loved the location along with all the snacks, games, a/c, wine, and a well stocked kitchen. The a/c worked great and was definitely needed most of the days. We had so much fun in the kayaks checking the Canadian geese, goslings, swans and basking turtles. Having access to the bbq was a plus. The sunsets were gorgeous."
