![The Ocoee Whitewater Center, near Ducktown, Tennessee, United States, was the canoe slalom venue for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta,[1][2] and is the only in-river course to be used for Olympic slalom competition. A 1,640 foot (500 m) stretch of the Upper Ocoee River was narrowed by two-thirds to create the drops and eddies needed for a slalom course. Today, the course is watered only on summer weekends, 34 days a year, for use by guided rafts and private boaters. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts... »

« Our room was recently remodeled and was clean and spacious. A hot breakfast was available each morning with staff checking to see if we had enough. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grass courtyard in the back with a fire pit and chairs around it. A picnic table was also available to use. We stayed a full week and will go back again. »

« The gym left a little to be desired. It's a couple of treadmills and thats about it. The eggs at breakfast were terrible. The staff were nice and very friendly. The ladies who took care of breakfast were nice and friendly. I would stay here again. »
