« One of the best rental house I've stayed at. It was well stocked with ever basic necessity you need, even coffee and creamer products. There was ample linens and very nice bed sheets. There's very easy access to mass transit and only a few steps away from a large park. I highly recommend this property »

« The check in process was easy and Nicky was responsive to questions. The apartment was cute and well decorated. It is an older building so there were a few minor things. I loved talking to the goats and chickens. There was free street parking and we never had issues finding a spot. It was pretty centrally located so it was easy to get around the city. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but the price and convenience were fantastic. I would stay there again in the future. »

« I agree with other reviews—the property is even better than the pictures. It’s spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. It easily accommodates 5 adults and was a great spot to stay. Future renters should know that there are lots of stairs—not a problem for us but others might be challenged. Thanks for a great stay! »

« Super easy to check in. On street parking was easy, I was able to keep my car parked there the entire trip. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed in the room. The host was timely and efficient when communicating, and even offered different things to do while in the city. I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. Checking out was super easy as well. « This was the perfect accommodation for our girls trip to Chicago. The property was clean, safe, and modern. Maria was a very responsive host and was quick to help us out with the few things that we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend! »

« Lovely second floor with plenty of space. Huge closets. Above A Tavola restaurant which is a well hidden gem. No noise at all from the restaurant or from the floor above. Nice deck behind the property. »
