"Staff was fab. Stayed one night in the penthouse which has a large balcony overlooking the parking lot. Space was nice but a deep cleaning was needed. Walls need to be cleaned off and shower deep cleaned."

"The staff was amazing and Paul was absolutely so amazing from when we walked through the door welcoming us and seeing if the kids wanted any fruit. We had a suite and the guest before us was a global customer and extended their stay, so we didn't get in our room on time, but once that customer left they had our room cleaned and ready for us in no time. The suite was wonderful, spacious, and comfortable. The inside pool was a bit cold, but the kids loved it. We had drinks at the little bar and the cost was reasonable. They have pizza, wings, salads, and other foods you can order as well. The breakfast was a bit of a let down and a little unorganized. I would rate it a 4 out of 10. Plenty of parking and very quiet considering your close to the airport and there's trains that run behind the hotel. I would definitely stay again as it was worth the money."

"Room #1 was awesome, very large, a king bed with a comfortable mattress, refrigerator & microwave. The continental breakfast had a large enough variety to satisfy most travelers. Parking could be tight if the inn is full. Staff was polite, the evening front desk person very talkative and friendly."

"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. I called to confirm on our way to the hotel as well, and they said it was already there. Going to our room, it was not and it took close to an hour to get one, throwing our sons entire bedtime off. Later that evening, I asked front desk for a blanket I could sit outside with. They said they would bring it out, over an hour later and a few follow ups no one showed up. I had also asked someone to turn the fire pit on so I could enjoy sitting outside, and again no one assisted. Overall, it was a pleasant weekend but we were disappointed in the service."
