The building itself is wonderful, but the hotel needs a big refreshment: the carpets in the stairs are worn to the bone, covered with scotch tape, one of our curtains was torn apart, the handle was about to fall from the bedroom door, and the cold water was slow to go out from the tap. If you are looking for a place to stay in Banbury, the Whately is not perfect but is a good option in the town centre." Le service est impeccable, avec un personnel attentif, discret et toujours prêt à aider (mention spécial pour Hugo qui s'est occupé de nous). Le restaurant mérite également une mention spéciale : les plats étaient délicieux, raffinés, avec des produits de qualité.
