We upgraded to a larger room with an outdoor area which was ideal as we took our little pooch! Very dog friendly, dog bed in room with a bowl of posh doggy food! From check in throughout the stay the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was clean and well maintained - really lived up to the polo club name. Nice pub on the grounds, the Millstone Hare, where we had a nice meal. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to Lauren who was there for my check in and check out. She was amazing!!! She even helped to take photos of me in my outfit, she was so friendly and lovely to speak to. It made my stay at the hotel super comfortable. The lady serving breakfast in the morning was super friendly and thank you to the rest of the staff I interacted with. The room was amazing, very clean and tidy. Great size room aswell.
