« Communication was great. The floors and all the rugs were very dirty. We took our shoes off upon entering and within minutes, our feet were black with dirt. Gross! We did not have enough forks for the 4 of us. Constantly having to wash them for meals. Beds were uncomfortable a in need of new mattresses. The BBQ was very dirty as well. »

« Located directly across the street from the beach access walk. Views from the living area of the water. The apartment has enough space to spread out, even in the bedrooms. The bathroom is a little small though. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. We brought our own so I can not review the ones they provided. Each room also has extra blankets in the closets. More than enough hangers included too. The kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, and...

« This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was close walking distance to the beach we could be in the sand within 3 minutes. This property was also less than 20 minute drive to all of the best attractions in both north Myrtle and Myrtle beach. We are very pleased with our stay and can’t wait to come back with our pups! »

« From the moment we arrived, we were met with a kind reception from Richard and Faye the home owners. They walked us through and showed us all of the amenities. The cottage was the perfect place for my son and I to stay during our visit to Wilmington. I was especially grateful for access to a washer dryer and the refreshments and snacks that were provided. The entire space was SPOTLESS and the bed may be the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We will remember this property for future visits!! »

« Waited two weeks to cool off before I wrote this review and I’m still so annoyed by this facility. First off I struggled to find the place because the address sent me a complete different location. Secondly, charging for linen is absurd! I was willing to let it go but then I got there and realized the extent of “linen.” There wasn’t a dish towel to dry to dishes, no mat for the shower (what are we suppose to get out of the shower and get water all over the floor?), no hand towels, nothing. « This place is within walking distance of the beach which was really convenient. However, it's advertised as ocean view and it's really not al all. It's a small mobile home that has been sort of remodeled. We didn't have any issues with arrival communication however, once we got into the door we were knocked out by an intense smell of cat urine. The furniture was completely covered in cat hair and stains everywhere on all carpets ( we immediately put them on the deck and had to buy cleaning...
