It was centrally located to lots of good places to eat and activities. The hot tub was a great feature to have after longs hikes. Horrible water damage. We had to clean up a practical flood with the rain that came in. We left the next morning. Run down and falling apart. Overgrown with weeds. The ask you remove your shoes before entering. Floor was filthy. Excellent host communication. We felt comfortable and cared for! Note and reminder - as you can see in photos and description, the only dining area inside is a 2-person breakfast bar, or you can gather around in the living room too. We had four people and a dog, and we \*loved\* sitting at the table on the deck in the fenced yard, perfect for all of us.Two ample bedrooms with actual beds and doors to separate from living room and kitchen. The bathroom is small - if you are a larger person you might be uncomfortable. Fine for us four adults.Kitchen includes a standard-sized gas range which my foodie husband loved having - he used the griddle to make us pancakes :) AND happy to have a dishwasher and coffeemaker with complimentary dark roast coffee - our favorite! Extensive spice collection provided.We also loved the location - walking distance to so much cool stuff. Highly recommend Everest Nepal Restaurant. Amazing food.
