As soon as we arrived, the reception was frosty and unprofessional. The room was simply unsanitary: persistent moisture odour, stained bedding, and general cleanliness clearly leaving something to be desired. The location, on the side of the highway, is extremely noisy - you can't close your eyes because of the constant noise of the trucks. To top it all off, the promised equipment (Wi-Fi, swimming pool, air conditioning) was either non-existent or broken, with no explanation or effort to correct the situation. I tried to get compensation for this disastrous experiment, but the staff, totally indifferent, literally ignored me. I strongly advise against this hotel, even for a quick night. This is a disgrace to the hotel industry. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment, et je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi médiocre.
