« Staff were very nice and welcoming, gave great recommendations for the area. Facility was clean inside and beds were very comfortable. Temperature inside was warm and rather humid despite the AC. Parking is very difficult if you do not reserve a space for $10+ per night, the area does not allow street parking overnight. Neighborhood is pretty rough. A few guests came into the dorm late into the night (2-4am) dropping cans of beer and making a fair bit of noise but other than that very quiet....

« This is my go to when in Duluth. They take dogs which is the reason I stay. The place could use a good carpet cleaning. My room smelled and the hallway was stuffy and also smelly. Otherwise everything else is perfect. A good summer carpet cleaning wouldn’t hurt. »

« Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets. »

« We enjoyed an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us by name through out our stay. Our room was clean and quiet. »

« Terriblement bruyant : les climatisations, un bruit de fond permanent, une insonorisation inexistante entre les chambres, ascenseur qui occupe la moitié de la chambre. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, nous nous sommes entendu dire : c'est celle que vous avez réservée !!!! Depuis quand pouvons nous réserver un numéro de chambre sur hotel.com ??!! Sans oublier la décoration de la chambre qui fait penser à la perte d'un être cher ! Cf photos jointes. Sans oublier que pour tous ces...

« Waterslide was advertised, but not available. Hotel was having renovations done, so there was a lot of construction debris and noise. Renovations were not noted during booking. »
