"The staff was nice, the cabin was clean and remodeled! Only complaint was the kitchen wasn’t properly stocked for me to prepare a simple meal there were no serving utensils, no cooking sheets, no lighter for the grill and the coffee pot leaked! "

"No hot water rooms was super dirty. I would never stay or suggest anyone to stay! Cockroaches in our room we arrived at 11:30 pm so we had to take what we had as we paid upfront. Please don’t get caught in this trap this place should be shut down in my opinion."

"The house had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The bottom of the bathtub was black and the tub mat was black as well. Floors were dirty. You could not take your shoes off without your feet or socks turning black. The first time I reached out about it not being cleaned, they acted like they would have someone come clean it the next day. The next day when I messaged about checking out early due to the homes condition, they never responded and no one had showed up to clean when we left. I would not recommend staying here as the pictures that are posted are very deceiving. "

"The good:- we were able to gather a large family together in one place for a memorial service.- There was plenty of parking.The Bad: -The host was hard to reach and slow to respond- There was a lack of linens, ie there were not the same number of towels and wash cloths as there were allowed occupants in the rooms- They were apparently overbooked as there were at least 3 other parties that came into the space we thought we had completely rented for our stay.- The showers should have handheld shower heads so that you can redirect the direction while waiting for the water to warm up. Also, lacked any water pressure, and could not be turned on unless you were inside the very tiny space.The Ugly:-- The mattress need replaced, they sagged terribly and were very uncomfortable- The place was dirty. The floors were gross. There were food crumbs in the bed between sheet and mattress cover- The showers had mold in them.- There were quite a few german cockroaches that were killed by us, in the kitchen, bedrooms and eating area.- They should not be on VRBO as VRBO advertises that when you rent the space it is yours alone and not shared with strangers."

"We stayed here for a wedding weekend in Pineville, KY, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable, and we instantly felt at home the moment we walked in.What truly set this stay apart was the host’s kindness and above-and-beyond hospitality. We got lost in the middle of the night trying to find the property, and the host stayed on the phone with us, patiently guiding us right to the door. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and so appreciated.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Pineville, this is the one. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! "

"I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again."
