Week Vacation in NM
My friend and I spent a few nights here while touring NM. The unit is really cozy, all the amenities we’d ever need, and in a great location close to downtown Cloudcroft. We got a bit lost on the way and Blake was nice enough to stand outside in the cold to help us get there, would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in back in Cloudcroft!

This place was fantastic, perfect getaway to escape the heat. Great kitchen, great patio, great living room, great water pressure in the shower. The bed was a little too soft for my preference, but overall the place was great and we had a wonderful time

Very noisy!
They property was beautiful but the owner lives upstairs with 2 large dogs that were very noisy! They barked a lot and played a lot. It was difficult to hear the TV or even just relax. The furnace in the residence sounded like a small jet engine when it would come on which made it difficult to sleep at night. We also had to shovel our own snow just to park the car as well. I’m sure our experience would have been completely different if we had booked in the summertime.

Wonderful Place in Cloudcroft!
We had a very nice time at Panther Pines, the accommodation had everything we needed and more. We loved it. The only thing I will note is that, while we did not hear the hosts once, we did hear the dogs upstairs. No big deal for us but if you are a late sleeper, it might be something to keep in mind. Overall a great place!

Enjoyed our stay. Blake was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit was a super clean and updated lower unit in the cabin. The photo of the exterior of the unit is a bit misleading as it shows the owners unit upstairs and the rental unit is actually downstairs in the cabin. The parking and the stairway down to the unit are a bit rustic and would not recommend for people with mobility problems. The rule about no smoking/vaping on the entire property including outdoors is a bit restrictive. Overall a great stay. Cloudcroft is a cute mountain community with lots of things to do nearby.
