« I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. « Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. »

« This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs. »

« We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the green room. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sasha was an excellent host and very helpful and communicative. « The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

« Great food nearby (the Polo Room is outstanding!), grocery across the street, easy to walk or bike everywhere! We never left Palm Beach. I felt safe here, especially if I were to go back solo.My only complaints are that the decor is not good. Random pictures, really just needs updating. I would also have complimentary bathroom items, not just a tiny bar of soap and one tiny container of shampoo/conditioner. Just to add some class. « Great stay overall. You really cannot beat the location. The host did a great job providing beach accessories, which made things very convenient for us.The space itself is small, but that was not an issue since we spent most of our time at the beach and exploring the area. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.The only small issue was that there was sand in the beach chairs from a previous guest, and it spilled out when we pulled them out.
