Stunning Year Round Mountain Views

Kick back and enjoy this beautiful over 30 executive FAMILY home nestled in the Columbia valley!
This home is located along the 4th hole of the Copper Point golf course and is only a five minute drive to the main beach (kinsmen Beach) or a quick two minute drive to the local coffee shop (kicking horse), brewery (arrowhead), local shops and grocery store. Close to many golf courses, top notch mountain biking and hiking trails.
The main living area is situated on the upper floor to maximize the incredible views. The bright open concept consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room and family room. There is a private half level with a full bedroom (king) and full bathroom.
On the lower level, you will find 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 7 and 3 full bathrooms. The spacious master suite with a king bed, two closets (1 walk-in), full bathroom with double sinks and a dual shower.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom with its own private full bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall.
Invermere has a little something for everyone! Whether that be attending the weekly farmer’s market, shopping at the local boutiques, taking in the vibrant art scene or world class recreation. Panorama, Fairmont and radium only a short 20 minute drive
In the summer, you can enjoy the town-Saturday farmers market, golfing, hiking, and sight-seeing and all lake activities.
In the winter, Lake Windermere boasts a large skating path, ice fishing, cross country and snowshoe trails and world class ski resorts nearby.

Perfect for family vacation
The house had everything we needed and the layout was perfect for our vacation with a family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Tyler was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. It is a beautiful property and we would definitely stay here again.

This spacious property was a great place for our family to gather. The large main floor with a separate living and TV room space was perfect for the kids and adults, and every bedroom having its own bathroom was a great set up.

Highly recommended
We are repeat visitors to Tyler's home and can't speak highly enough about it. In the winter, the natural, wood-burning fireplace that could be viewed from kitchen, dining room and family room was a huge highlight. The home has ample room for a large family or a couple families to spread out with 4 bedrooms, one bedroom containing 2 single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is also a huge plus. The home is located in a very quiet neighbourhood on the hillside about Lake Windermere.
